The Restaurant, which is directly run by the restaurant keepers, is the Hotel’s flagship. Here typical traditional dishes are combined with the international cooking.

For your own particular tastes we offer several combinations of meat cooked on lava stone – with boletus prepared with high-quality wines of the Triveneto regions -, smoked meat or smoked brown trout fished in our local streams, skilfully smoked by the chef Giancarlo.
